Cookie Policy
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (such as local storage and pixels) work in comparable ways. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to gather analytics.
2. Do we use cookies?
As you browse, this website sets no tracking or analytics cookies. It is a static brochure and serves fonts from Google Fonts, which do not set cookies. The one place third-party cookies may be set is the Book an Introduction booking dialog — and only after you agree to it.
3. Types of cookies
- Strictly necessary — required for the website to function, including remembering your booking-cookie choice so we don't ask every time. These do not need consent.
- Analytics / performance — help us understand how the site is used. Not used.
- Functional — remember choices you make. Not used.
- Third-party — set by Google when you choose to load the embedded Google Calendar booking tool. Set only with your consent.
4. Third-party services
We load fonts from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address as a normal part of serving the font files, but Google Fonts does not set cookies for this. See Google's Privacy Policy. The Book an Introduction dialog embeds a Google Calendar appointment schedule; when you consent to load it, Google may set its own cookies, governed by Google's Privacy Policy. If we later embed a Google Map on our Visit page, the same applies — we will ask first.
5. Cookies we use
The only non-essential cookies are those Google sets when you load the embedded booking calendar; their names and lifetimes are set by Google and described in Google's cookie information. To withdraw consent, clear this site's cookies and stored data in your browser — you'll be asked again next time you open the booking dialog.
6. Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, and set your browser to block them. Guidance for the main browsers is available at aboutcookies.org. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of websites work.
7. Changes to this policy
We'll update this page whenever our use of cookies changes. The "last updated" date above shows the latest revision.
